My work is based on proven strategies from the 10-step people management system I created. These steps are the basis of the 3 main indicators that lead to predictable results: satisfied employees and customers, growth of business results and more free time.

How long lasts every program?
Each program lasts for 12 months and includes proven activities, strategies, and recommendations which will help you to create order and structure in the company, to save time and to increase work efficiency. In the middle of the program, you will have already apparent results, and if you choose the optimal package, even earlier than that.

Analysis of the current state of the HR function in the company – review of processes and documents, interviews with managers and employees, monitoring of practices, which are summarized in a report with recommendations.
Building a strategy for development of the HR function – elaboration of an annual plan for development of the HR function based on the analysis carried out.
Overview and optimization of the company's structure and internal processes – performing analysis and adjustments of the company's structure and the functional and staffing schedule, so as to achieve an optimal result for the implementation and development of the business.
Development and improvement of the rules of internal organization – review, analysis and proposals for optimization of the policies, rules and orders for internal work organization in the company.

Employee and Management Training – conducting a training in the areas that need improvement based on the analysis or identified needs.
Preparing succession planning program for the managers – by defining the key functions and positions; a review of the current state of competency in the teams; identifying potential successors and/ or elaboration of plans for development and training of such.
Implementation and improvement of the performance appraisal system – setting, implementation and evaluation of the achieved goals, mutual feedback.
